Service scope

Hunlio Periodic Tracking helps businesses manage service records and follow-up dates. Businesses must review prepared content and dates before sending them.

User responsibility and message delivery

Users are responsible for accurate data, customer messaging consent and compliance with applicable laws. Reminder messages are reviewed by the business and sent through its own WhatsApp or Messages application. Hunlio does not send messages automatically or add a per-message usage charge. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular business result.
